Crosscut Films (“we”, “us”, “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us when you visit our websites and register for our Film Workshops (“Site”, “Services”). This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and how you can manage it.

1. Acceptance

4. Payment processing

  • Payments are processed by trusted third-party payment aggregators such as Razorpay and PhonePe.

5. Cookies & tracking technologies

  • We use cookies and similar technologies to make the Site function, remember preferences, and collect analytics.

  • In a business reorganization, merger, sale, or acquisition - any transfer would be subject to this Policy or notice to you.

7. Data retention

  • We retain personal data as long as necessary to provide Services, meet legal and accounting requirements, and resolve disputes.
  • Where specific retention periods apply (for example, transactional records for compliance), we will retain data for the applicable period required by law or business need.

8. Security practices

  • We implement reasonable technical, administrative, and physical safeguards to protect personal data (for example, TLS/HTTPS for data in transit, access controls, and secure backups).
  • No system is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of data. If a security incident affects your personal data, we will take appropriate steps to contain it and notify affected parties as required by law.
